some issues with room specifics
false description rude staff
the room was not quite as advertised. the description stated it included a kitchen but this was untrue. also getting hot water was inconvenient i had to go to another floor. the person who checked me in acted like HE was in a hurry it was a little rude

double beds lovely design friendly staff
The twin room had two double beds. They were really comfortable. the room's design was lovely and it included a big bathroom. staff members were helpful and friendly. I appreciated their assistance.
The beautiful room was not as described. It lacked a kettle, and i had to use the shared one in the kitchen.

fresh decor delicious pastries
The room was decorated in a fresh, colorful style. Breakfast was brought to my room, and it was delivered promptly and tasted delicious (especially the pastries!).
I noticed that the climb up the hill to reach the accommodation was a bit steep.

The staff was very helpful. I am grateful. The recommendation for dinner at West Quay was a pleasant bonus. The location is great, and it allows for an easy walk to the city.
